Carespace Australia is a Perth based NDIS disability provider that puts the participant at the forefront of its decision making, giving them greater choice and control. Our motto, ‘Committed to Creating Caring Spaces for you’ aligns perfectly with our vision. We aim to fulfil our purpose with each individual participant who we take up and support. We are about empowering our participants so they can take full control in making their life choices.

At Carespace, we work with each participant closely, ensuring that their needs are considered. Guided by the NDIS practice standards, we are always sensitive to the needs of participants. We encourage our participants to take a lead in decision making while our job is to purse and support the implementation of their choices. Individual goals/plans are drawn together with participants to ensure that the participant benefits maximumly from the NDIS funding through our service provision.

Carespace is run by highly trained and experienced professionals who have worked in the disability sector for many years. The SLT brings with them a wealth of experience and skills that are clearly beneficial to our operational needs that support participant requirements.

We aim to drive the organization’s vision to greater heights of realization and thus transform the manner in which services are provided. At individual levels, we expect participant outcomes to be improved and sustained. We are intent on a managed growth so we can keep our services and organization closer to the consumers. Our experience informs us that growing too big and too quickly is a recipe for losing individual touch and connectedness both with consumers and staff. That is going to be the difference between us and other competing providers. Our support workers are experienced and are required to have 12 months or more of working in the disability sector. We are keen and seek support workers who have lived lived experiences in disability and mental health. Support workers go through rigorous checks and are required to have a minimum of Cert III in disability/ individual support or related. Each support worker is matched with consumers to maximize the quality of supports a participant receives. We always ensure that Carespace makes an impact with every consumer we serve. Our greater purpose is to serve our community and enhance the quality of those who are less fortunate within our communities.
