We are about empowering our participants so they can take complete control in making their life choices.
At Carespace, we work with each participant closely, ensuring that their needs are considered. Guided by the NDIS practice standards, we are always sensitive to the needs of participants. We encourage our participants to take a lead in decision making and or job is to purse and support the implementation of their choices. Individual goals/plans are drawn together with participants to ensure that the participant benefits maximumly from our service provision.

Carespace is run by highly trained and experienced professionals who have worked in the disability sector for many years. The SLT brings with them a wealth of experience and skills that are clearly beneficial to our organizational and participant needs. We aim to drive the organization’s vision to greater heights and perfect the way serviced is provided. At individual levels, we expect participant outcomes to be improved and sustained as well. We are intent on a managed growth so we can keep our services and organization closer to the consumers. Our experience informs us that growing too big and too quickly is a recipe for losing individual touch and connectedness both with consumers and staff. That is going to be the difference between us and other providers other there.
Our support workers are experienced and are required to have 12 months or more of working in the disability sector. We seek support workers who possess lived experiences in disability and mental health. Support workers go through rigorous checks and are required to have a minimum of Cert 3 in disability/ individual support or relevant. Each support worker is matched with consumers to maximize the support given. We always ensure that Carespace makes an impact with every consumer we serve. Our greater purpose is to serve our community and enhance the quality of those who are less fortunate among us.
